Reagan Hika

Reagan is responsible for work scheduling, job costings, and being the ‘go to’ person for all customer issues during job progress. He also assists the company’s fitters and mechanics ensuring all equipment is properly maintained to provide you with the highest product quality and finish.

Reagan believes ‘do it once, do it right’. He values balance, great leadership, respecting others and welcoming responsibility and challenge in his job. He enjoys working at Pothole People because of the variety, camaraderie and mutual respect.

His most significant accomplishment is completing a $500 million project as an asphalt supervisor that came more than $50 million under budget. He ensures that value and costs savings can provide you with the best for your every asphalt need.

Reagan has been working in the industry for 20 years starting out as a foreman. He is keen to dispel the misunderstanding about the difference between asphaltic concrete and bitumen seal, as well as the word ‘tar’ that isn’t really used in the industry anymore.

Outside of work, Reagan enjoys outdoor activities with his family, rugby union and working out.
